The working group has completed it's task and submitted a report and recommendations to the Central Council for Church Bellringers.   This website is minimally maintained as an archive and a benchmark to measure future progress.

The Ringing World National Youth Contest is open to ringers aged 19 and under.  Many, and a growing number of ringing associations enter a team in this event.  The content itself is the pinnacle of months of targeted youth practices and events, and larger associations must then select the competition team from that group of participants.  Full article and analysis here:  From Learners to Contest Judges – is gender balance being achieved in ringing?
